I live in San Francisco, and I've been one time. I doubt that I will return. It wasn't a bad experience. The steaks were fine, but for the prices they charge, it wasn't worth it. The ala carte rib eye for $34.00 was only slightly better than a $18-20 "lesser chain" full course meal. The sides were large, but the waiter did tell us in advance. The overall service was adaquate, but a little forced and insincere.
Pros: large portions, good steaks, good location
Cons: over priced, insincere service, noisy
