This was my first time, and it will be my last. It took over 25 minutes to get a ""to go"" order that consisted of a 1/2 turkey sandwich. No prior notice that it would take so long to get my order and a half-hearted ""sorry"" when I inquired about it. The hype is severely overrated! Generally, a person orders to go when they are in a hurry, not to waste over half of a lunch hour! Never again!
Cons: slow, slow, slow, hard bread, poor staff
