I went to Eleanor to get japanese hair straightening done on my hair. I can't say how happy I am with the results. My hair feels really good, and it's more manageable. It was a lengthy process, and yes, it cost a good amount-but I don't think anymore than the other salons I checked in the area. Also, Eleanor is an educator which teaches other salons this method. It was an all day affair-but I feel like she took care of me. I love my hair, and I 'll be back!
