I went to this spa to get away for the day from the stress of life and ended up leaving with more stress. When I wasn't happy about a supposed Endermologie treatment, which was just a glorified jacuzzi tub highly touted to help with cellulite and firm skin mind you, the manager refused to refund my money after I asked him nicely. He proceeded to be confrontational with me in front of other staff and clients. Just a very rude man and a very unpleasant experience. He wasn't willing to listen to what I had explained about my experience.. only wanted to lecture and talk down to me. Not a good place to relax. Besides that, the floors were dirty and the pedicure chair very uncomfortable - not able to lean back at all.
Pros: nice massage therapis
Cons: rude staff, dirty bathroom, uncomftble pedi chair
