I went to the salon three times and a work friend of mine recommended. As a matter of fact, this friend who has spent thousands at the salon went in for some help , the color formula for example and the stylist who she had been going to for a few years was a cold fish and could have given a care about her as a client. My friend said, she didn't want to leave but had to find something more affordable and the stylist never even gave her a "I'm sorry to lose you or anything, she esentially walked away from her. She did have a client but never bothered to call or say, I can help you later when I'm free etc. I also felt they were too expensive and the turnover is high for stylists. I am accustomed to a friendlier more profesional environment haven't gone back.
Pros: skilled cutters
Cons: no parking, money hungry
