It may not have authentic Chinese food but it is great none the less. I like PF Chang's because for one it is clean. I don't have any fear about eating their food as I do with so many other Chinese restaurants that are so unclean and questionable. PF Chang's has great food, great flavored ice tea, great atmosphere, great service and the cleanliness gives me peace of mind.
