I don't enjoy writing unpleasant reviews, but there's no other word to describe what happened to me. I explained what I wanted to the the estimator who didn't explain to the field crews who did exactly what I didn't want. Making matters worse is the fact the company didn't even try to rectify the mistake. Instead managers stalled the project and continued to bill while not doing work. The result was the single worst contracting experience of my life (and I've dealt with some questionable contractors before).
Pros: they have equipment
Cons: poor customer service, customer communiation, trust issues
