This is a resturaunt that ""could"" have been good....The food is good enough - BUT THE SERVICE is tired and unmotivated every day of the week ( when they are open) the ATTITUDE of the staff is pitifful. I've been there a few times with friends.
If you go in with someone the staff knows (and likes) you might get some service and treated ok - if you walk in and they don't know you - well - my advise is simply... ""move on"". The emperor pancakes are good at Sunday brunch if they don't burn them first. And if you really want a treat ask the waiter (with the blank stare) to discribe the morning meatloaf; you'll surely run for the door.
