Today I have been a nonsmoker for 2 weeks!!! It's been going very well, I really have no urge to smoke and have been in many smoker environments lately, since I now live in Las Vegas. I've been feeling great and have been exercising on a daily basis. I would recommend this method to anyone who really wants to quit smoking. Overall the experience was very positive. My outlook on life is much better now and I look forward to using hypnosis again for other personal development issues. Mind Matters rocks!
