My husband and I were at a convention and the concierge recommended this restaurant. We had a crabcake appetizer, a chicken sandwich that we shared, and bread pudding for dessert. It was all very expensive, but the atmosphere was really fun. The food was quite average, though. The crab cakes were good, but everything else was just run of the mill. And once you've had real New Orleans Bread Pudding, it's hard to find anything that compares. This was dry and tasted more like a cinnamon roll. Service was slow, but very friendly and we weren't in a hurry. It's in a hotel, so our expectations were low anyway. If you're in a large group, forget it -- it's much too cramped for enjoyment. I wouldn't tell people not to go, but it wouldn't be my first recommendation.
Pros: atmosphere, friendly staff
Cons: expensive, average food
