After my car was hit by another, I needed to get some body work done. I took it to ""The"" Body Shop and spoke a mechanic about the job. I specifically mentioned that when my car had been repaired before the paint hadn't matched and that it bothered me. The man I spoke with assured me that it would match. When I came to pick up my car, the paint didn't match and they hadn't done anything to blend it in. The person I spoke with was quite defensive about it and said it was impossible to match the paint but finally agreed to blend it in with the next body panel. The results were satisfactory, but the man was really quite rude when I complained. (A complaint that had to be made after I was assured that there wouldn't be a problem during the initial consultation.)
