I used this particular Merry Maids for about 6 months. Some of the workers were fabulous; others were slipshod. One day, I came home to discover that the workers had incarcerated my cats in my bedroom and left them there when they were through. The cats were freaked out and had urinated on my bed. I called the owner, and he said he would call me back. When he did, he told me that he had spoken with the workers and they had not left the cats locked up in the bedroom. I terminated the service.
