Shortly after moving to Oklahoma City, we decided to visit the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. It was very easy to get to and parking is free. The price of admittance is reasonable and small children get in free of course. The grounds have beautiful landscaping and a pathway and benches. We enjoyed the various artwork but our favorite was the enormous statue of a Native American on a horse in the foyer of the museum.
