Our experience could have been better. We purchased our van here and it wasnt our best experience ever. Someone who drove the car before us (it was brand new) had left a sippy cup of milk behind. A week or two after we purchased the van there was a terrible smell. We finally found the cup under the seat and knew it wasnt ours cause our daughter was still drinking out of bottles at the time. We had to take it back several times to get it cleaned and then it reeked of chemicals. I was really upset cause it was my first brand new car ever and after we went through all of that it just didnt seem like a new car. I feel like they should have found the cup when they detailed it after we purchased it. But since they didnt I would have like options other than just dumping chemicals to cover the smell, but I wasnt given any. I dont know that I would purchase another vehicle there. more
