To get down to it. The eggs benedict came and I dug in. First impression was ""the hollandaise is too lemony and this doesn't taste like prosciutto."" It was more like thingly sliced, overly cured Canadian bacon. The potatoes were ""good.""
I forgave them though. The service I received was good enough to warrant another visit. This time I asked for the 'prosciutto' and hollandaise on the side and the meal was wonderful. Only used a couple of tablespoons of hollandaise because of how overpowering the lemon is, and only used a little less than half of the 'prosciotto' because of how salty it is. Service was again great. Waitress didn't have a problem with giving me things on the side.
So..a note to the chef. Less lemon and more truffle in your hollandaise, and go to a good meat market and get some real prosciutto. You're not fooling me.
Pros: Service, Low wait time, Nice atmosphere
Cons: lemony hollandaise, bad 'prosciiutto'
