The ""fusion"" menu is fantastic! I have to say that I have been going to the restaurant for about a year now and the food is pretty much consistant on quality. The service is great. I used to dine two times a week to see me favorite server (Casie). The other servers are nice-but can be seen around the tables too often. Point being: you can become someones regular customer, you are not just a number. Chuck & Garret are great...very nice but if something goes wrong they will not comp anything to make sure that you return. I reccomend this place to all my friends. You can sit down for a long dinner or get out in a hurry...just make sure you tell them you are on a time limit. Overall, I hope to never see this place go down.
