My problem was greater than what I could fix, so an appointment was scheduled and Brian arrived on time and provided an upfront estimate and explained in great detail what steps he would take to fix my problem. After the work was complete and my unit was up and running again, I was provided a printed invoice and a great price. If you looking for a company who is professional and honest, I would use Kalos. As a home owner, you always feel as if repairs are going to be expensive and time consuming, Kalos was neither of those.
