Not once, not twice but three times I have entered this store without so much as an acknowledgement of my presents there. Now when I buy wine I buy good wine to send to my loved ones as gifts. I am willing to drop some cash but alas these people are so unhelpful that I have yet to spend a dime there and plan on never stepping foot in there again. I gave it THREE chances, it failed.
