This is a very good community, especially if you have pets or musical instruments. The management is very friendly, helpful, and caring (they sent a sympathy card when our cat died). They have on-site laundry and some apartments come with individual washing machines and dryers. They also have a swimming pool and reserved covered parking in a protected parking garage.
It is rather pricey, especially if you're paying pet rent. But we felt that the price was worth it for the good management and the friendliness shown to our pets, plus the large apartment, great parking, great location. The only problems we ever had were with noise (primarily dogs barking or people playing drums), but those were few and far between.
