A small place with kitschy Mexican decor that somehow works. The food is good and inexpensive, although that may change with the neighborhood and the opening of the new Borders. I've spent many evenings there with friends playing Mexican music from the juke box and getting silly and more than a little tipsy by the great margaritas. Wonderful wait staff too all held in line by Carmen, the woman who's managed that place for years. Hey Carmen!
