I never know my schedule ahead of time, so I like coming here due to the convenience of short notice appointments. Whether if it's for a quick hair trim, pedicure, hair wave, or whatever, I trust they won't go wrong (as long as it's nothing drastic like a hair cut or body wax). They also do a free make-up touch-up with any service, which is nice. Gene Juarez is not necessarily the best in the industry, but they are very reliable and do have a higher-than-average standard for all the services they offer. ALSO, If you want an absolutely blissful massage, go see Jay, who works mostly out of the Bellevue and Downtown Gene Juarez locations. Jay has been extensively trained in Hawaii in Lomi Lomi Massage and it shows.
