Several years ago we used Carpet Exchange for our flooring in our kitchen. Fast forward to a new house that needed a tile floor. The salesman was friendly enough and so was the guy who came out to measure our room. But the estimate came in pretty high for a 270 sq foot room. I checked around and found a lower price, asked them if they match prices (because I really liked their installer). The salesman got cagey and then cold. He changed the price on one item and then practically said go buy it at Lowe's. So I am.
