For those of you who continue to compare RC to Outback Steakhouse (OS), please, get a clue. If ANYONE considers that comparison, it's clear you don't know steaks (or food). I want to an OS once: when I stuck in a no-name city close to the airport. God-awful food. Period.
RC San Francisco is not as good as RC Palm Springs or RC Chicago. I don't know if they use frozen beef in SF, but I think the steaks are average. Service on our visiting night was fine so no complaints there. The steak looked great, cooked just right (med-rare), but it was somewhat flavorless. As for the price, who cares? If you want Safeway or Albertson's steaks, then you need to go to Outback.
