Dined at Dan McKlusky's tonight for dinner. Instead of the wonderful mushroom caps, we opted for something different, the crab cakes...they were great! Dinner was the peppered new york strip, which was shown to us before cooked. Again, perfect. I really liked the cognac cream sauce. My husband had the filet. It cut like butter. We saved room for desert and tried the apple spiced cake cooked in a jar. It was worth going off my adkin's diet, every carb of it. We will be back, as this is one of my favorites
