Go to Verizon's, or ANY cellular service's owned and operated retail store over a licensed dealer. The O-and-O is interested in making you happy with Verizon and not just getting your money. The folks at the new Verizon store in the Borders building at Vine and Sunset were very helpful. They got me an upgrade on my phone and made the process as painless as possible. I was out in less than 30 minutes with a new phone and they even used their computer to transfer over all my saved numbers so I wouldn't have to punch them into my new phone one by one. I had a question about downloading ring tones a few days later and they helped me with no questions asked.
