Joey Owens is probably the best hairdresser in all of North Carolina. He made my hair from godawful ugly to beautiful bouncing long hair. I don't know what I would do if I did not have Joey Owens to do my hair. He cuts, perms, colors, and puts in highlights. He also cuts my son's hair. He is a terrific guy and doggone knows what he is talking about when it comes to hair. I highly recommend him to others.......Robin Ballance
