I think I ordered the same dish as a previous review and their ""raw"" duck was actually smoked duck, perhaps that's why they only enjoyed the salad portion. I loved the whole dish. Our server was well informed and let us know that they can handle most special requests but because of the large menu and small kitchen, the salads are only served at room temperature and rare to medium rare, however there are enough selections to overcome anyone who does not prefer this. We had a wonderful time in the main dining room which has one of the most captivating atmosphere's in the city. The dinner chicken dish is one of the best I've ever had.
