The atmosphere is very calm. They use nice products (i.e. Modern Organic Products--MOP) and do a good job. My only complaint is that sometimes they charge a certain price for a service when you go one week and another the next week. Another mild complaint was some creativity (i.e. adding layers) when I didn't ask for it in my trim but I just had to be more specific I guess.
