I used to be a regular at this restaurant when it was a reincarnation of the legendary Atlas Cafe. I recently returned after 8 years absence. I will not make that mistake again. The food was utterly bad, portions small and the ambience non-existent. The only good thing I can say about the place is that it does have parking. What did this place do with the dishes that made the Atlas Cafe the talk of Chinatown?
