To the person who complained he couldn't taste the food, where did you lose your tongue? I am 70% taste impaired (no joke) and the main reason I learned to like Thai food was because I can register the taste of the spices in a way not possible with American food. I have stuck with Doc Cheys at least 85% of the time as my Thai restaurant of choice. Why? The food is always fresh, the seasoning is always balanced, and the portions are always a great value for your $$. And to the person who said he didn't get value for his $$, my only comment is: Where are you eating out? Everyone would love to know where you're getting a better value. I'll admit that The Tamarind is the BEST Thai restaurant in the city, but you'll be paying x3 the price there. Take your pick.
