One of the best places to appreciate the ocean front culture of Los Angeles, Trastevere's outdoor seating area boasts a a great area for people watching. Food is not bad, nor is it incredible. For a simple first date that is elegant classy yet won't break the bank, it's location on Third Street Promenade serves the purpose.
