I am yet to be disappointed by El Farol. A great little family-run restaurant in Midvale. My wife had never liked Mexican food until she tried El Farol's Chimichanga. I prefer the Chile Verde. The tortillas are so soft and warm. The chips and salsa as an appetizer are excellent! This is the best Mexican in the valley.
