The Chelsea Brewery is probably one of the most wasted opportunities in Manhattan. With very few true brewpubs left (thankyou Rudy), this one could be the best, but due to horrendous management and service, falls to the bottom of the list. Make the trip to Broolyn Brewery, you'll be glad you did.
