You have to love a restaraunt with a resident brewmaster! They have some of the coolest cuisines, featuring Bangkok Chick Bowl to BarBQ Ribs. I, personally, love the Southwestern Shrimp & Chicken. If you can get there during March/Apr. while they have the Fire Chief's Ale, All the better. Proceeds benefit local fire departments and related charities.
