of the original shack on Cleveland, with the old man behind the counter. Used to go there when a student at Rhodes with Robert Nighthawk II for a double-double and a beer. Often you would meet folks like Professor Tanaka and Tojo Yamamoto eating there before hitting the road to a Pro Wrasslin event. The old man would always want to ""dip"" your burger, meaning that if you didn't quickly say no your constructed grease burger would get dunked into the grease vat bun and all. That was too hardcore for me, but at the time these were the best burgers on earth. When I get back to Memphis I'll have to check it out. Pros: grease bolied burgers more
