My experience with Rumor has to be the best I've ever had with a salon. I went in knowing I wanted to change my hair, but not knowing (at all) what I wanted. Shifa listened to me and came up with the greatest hair cut I have ever had! I also spoke with Stephen about adding some color, he had some great suggestions but I'm still unsure what I want. I know that as soon as I decide I will be heading back there!
Everyone I interacted with at Rumor was professional, courteous and lacked that 'Manhattan' attitude which is such a turn-off! It was great to get such professional experience in such a casual environment! Thank you!!!
