I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the pieces I ordered by catalog . . . I was told these weren't PB standard items, and were therefore manufactured "private label" and sent from that distributor's location. In other words, they had no control over the quality. The sofa I ordered looked like it was sewn by the blind. Additionally, the leather chair and ottoman I ordered did not match each other. I was told they have no control over that either. Be careful!
Pros: great styles, good shipping/del.
Cons: misrepresent colors, store not helpful, low quality
