My manicure looks great, but it wasn't worth the chilly demeanor of the manicurist or the difficulties caused by their scheduling problems. I was made to wait over 15 minutes past my appointment time and although I'd specified that I had to leave at a specific time was kept far later than they had promised. My nails look good, but half the reason for going was to be pampered... not inconvenienced.
