The flagship store in NY is almost better than the original store in London. I remember being intimidated by the minimalist but elegant store when it first opened. But the helpfulness of the staff in choosing a frangrance and the skincare products melts that impression away. Though the items are a bit pricey, they're very much worth it. And if you're unsure of a product, ask for a sample. You'll be back to buy a full size soon enough...
