Elevator was broken, I was told the bags would be brought up to my room , after being there for 20 minutes I called to see what happened and was told they would be brought up when the elevator was fixed. I was only on the second floor!! I was told if I wanted my luggage brought up before the elevator was fixed I would have to go get it myself. The room aesthetically was great! One morning I couldnt get hot water and had to take a cold shower. The instructions on the phone from the ""Amsterdam Court Hotel"" said to press 8 to get an outside line, when I asked the front desk why it wasnt working I was laughed at and told to press 9. Save up a little extra money and go down the street to Le Parker Meridian!!! Its so much nicer!
