Half restaurant (ok for kids too!) and half bar. They have a cheap breakfast special 7 days a week. Good value, ok food. The cook can be VERY slow. Don't go if you are in a hurry. Or call it in ahead and get it to go. Smoking is allowed, so don't go if you are bothered by it, because there ARE people in the bar portion even early in the morning.
