I consider myself a sushi connoisseur--I travel frequently for work and have tried varied sushi establishments in many cities. I was excited to try Tsunami but had a dissapointing experience. The sushi was quite good but I found it to be very overpriced. But worse, the service was abominable. I arrived at 6:00 pm (when the restaurant opened) and ordered immediately and my sushi didn't arrive at my table until 6:45. I cannot imagine the wait during peak times! Furthermore, the wait staff was unprofessional and unattentive. I even had to get up and go find my waiter. As I said, the food and ambience were very nice but the other factors cancelled out those factors.
