Good groceries when they got deals, but in the long run, you should just stay with Lin's or Albertsons. They seem to have the lowest overall deals. Smiths is good for when they got good sales going on. We bought half gallon of icecream for $1 this week, but the regular price is over $3- and that's the cheap stuff.
