Milo's used to be my pick for best breakfast, but now that they're open for lunch and dinner, it is my choice for all around best restaurant in Portland. The menu offers a wide array of zippy culinary masterpieces, served by a personable, dedicated waitstaff. The value can't be beat! I don't know how they can keep the prices so low.
