The Hat has been going DOWNHILL for a LONG time now. The place is still OK, but something is wrong with the staff--they just keep getting more and more rude and snotty. After yet another round of the "move aside for the VIP" thing last night, I've decided to not go back. I'll take my stuff someplace else--who needs a crap staff? Not me!
