I had home delivery with White Way and it was not a convenience. After having to call them 5 or 6 times to correct billing mistakes, missing pickups and deliveries and having garments not even cleaned, despite going to the retail location to point out spots - I decided to take my business elsewhere. They were responsive to my complaints, however, their continued errors and noticibly higher prices drove me away.
