I live in the area, and I've been going to this Ralph's for a long long long time and at least 1 in 10 times have I had a rude person at the register. Or if they aren't rude, some how I find myself correcting their mistakes. And when you do, heaven help you. They are combative, and abrasive. Look, I'm not trying to take something that isn't mine. What happened to customer service. The store is clean, and well stocked...just really really bad service. For the last 3 years, I've taken to shopping at Vons Pavilion in Monrovia.
