While I have no problems with a dress code (it guarantees quality clientele), I do have problems with being cheated out of my alcohol. If cocktails are $10, be sure that it's actually worth the money. My drink was so weak, I would've gotten a stronger buzz by drinking water. The view, however, is amazing.
