Not sure why the BCBGs in the Washington states offer such a lousy customer service! Both the downtown and Bellevue store staff were NOT friendly and rude - No greetings, no acknowledgement NOTHING!!!. They gave me an attitude like I am a poor person who walks in a Chanel Shop!! I like BCBG alot, but the services provided by the 2 BCBG boutiques in WA were totally NOT acceptable. I would rather shop at Nordstrom or head up to the BCBG in Vancouver BC.
