There's a very popular Vietnamese place everyone raves about, but it's all about where the locals go. A good indicator is the Vietnamese eggrolls, here they're not too thin like lumpia, or too thick like a Chinese eggroll. The coffee with condensed milk is filtered, not pre-made. We tried the shrimp paste banh dish and the pho, both very good. Price is more in-line with a traditional Viet restaurant, not an overhyped one.
